She has bachelor in economics, master degree in business administration and doctorate degree in business management.

She has worked in many companies as expert and managerial positions. She was both manager and specialist in Gozde Research Company founded by her.

She is currently the Head of the Department of Business Administration and a faculty member at Nişantaşı University.

She has many national and international scientific studies in the fields of administration, organization, knowledge management, philosophy and economic history.
